What‘s the earliest time you can ​setup the castle?

Our business hours start at 9 am - 5 pm. Early ​bump in and/or late bump out will incur an ​additional fee.

Do ​you require a deposit or bond?

Yes, we require a $200 deposit to secure your​ booking which also act as a bond. Suppose our​ equipment should be found stained, damaged or​ in a state of excessive mess at the end of client’s​ hire, this bond becomes non-refundable to cover​ the time and products required to return the item​ to a hireable state and further damage costs may​ be applicable depending on the severity. Return of​ Client’s security bond will be sent via bank transfer​ to Client’s assigned bank details. Please allow 2-4​ business days post event.​

What’s the castle’s measurement?

• Moonlit Frost: ​3m (w) x 3m ​(l) x 3m (h).
  
• Lilac Luxe: 4m (w) x 4m (l) x​ 3.3m (h).
• Glazier Pearl: 4m (w) x 4m (l) x 3​.5m (h).
  

Please allow an extra metre around the c​a​stle to safely install it. The weight limit is 300 kg.

What happens if we cancel our hire?

You of course have the option to cancel or ​postpone your hire.

Cancellation by the Client

In the event of cancellation by the Client, the ​deposit is non-refundable. If the Client cancels ​the hiring within 7 days of the rental date, the ​Client shall be liable to pay the hiring Company the ​full rental fee. With 14 days notice, you may ​postpone or change the date for the Hire Items on ​one occasion, however, the postponement or ​change of date is subject to availability, valid ​within 12 months.

As administrative time and preparative work is ​covered by hire fees and the equipment has been ​booked and set aside for your exclusive use on the ​requested date, no refunds apply to cancelled / ​postponed bookings.

Do you have Public Liability ​Insurance?

Certainly! We are fully insured with $20 million ​in public liability coverage. If you require the ​Certificate of Currency, please let us know, ​and we will be happy to provide it.

What happens if it rains on the day of ​the hire?

If weather is predicted during the Period of Hire, it ​is the Client’s responsibility to make alternative ​arrangements as to the Hire Items’ location prior ​to the hiring date. The alternative location must be ​ascertained in writing. Client cannot cancel the ​Services or postpone the Period of Hire where ​inclement weather is predicted or is experienced.
